Personality portrait

This is an emotionally sensitive person with a warmth of feeling which is somewhat masked by an air of self-containment. She conducts her affairs with a patient, reflective intelligence, organising her time and energy according to her own measured pace. A broad-minded outlook and ability to accept life as it comes prevents her being too burdened by the past or unduly driven towards the future.

Fitting discreetly into her social milieu, she gives the impression of being in harmony with her environment whilst remaining lightly apart from it. Her thinking is guided more by the general ambience of her immediate social and sensual experience than by theories, data, facts and figures. She deals with daily practicalities as necessary, but her motivations lie mainly with the inner play of her feelings and perceptions. This may be the key to her profession as an artist. It enables her to respond to forms, mood and atmosphere, and to communicate something of this to others. Her underlying purpose would be to reveal, share and illuminate, as it is not in her nature to disturb, provoke, or shock. She is dependent for her piece of mind on harmonious relationships and pleasant atmospheres, without too close a personal contact. It is therefore appropriate for her to channel her creativity in a non-verbal manner, and so fulfil her need for participation and recognition.

She does not seek out challenges or contention, nor wishes to offend against traditional values. This is not because she is especially timid or slavishly conventional; she just prefers a quiet life. Socially, she is patient, non-judgemental, with a genuine non- intrusive quality of spirit.

There is a certain want of consistent drive, as though she has not quite established a definite stance in life - she even may not wish to. For a person of her sensibilities, she better protects her vulnerability by quietly perceiving rather than noisily asserting. Such an approach facilitates her contribution to the life around her.
